چکیده
MiR-520d-3p has recently been reported to have anti-tumor function in several cancers, including glioma and gastric cancer. However, the biological its mechanism of action remain unclear cervical cancer (CC). In this study, we observed that miR-520d-3p expression was lowly expressed CC specimens compared with adjacent normal using reverse transcription quantitative PCR. Moreover, low correlated FIGO stage lymph node metastasis by Chi-square test. Functionally, overexpression suppressed proliferation migration invasion two cell lines (HeLa SiHa) CCK-8 assay wound healing assay. After target prediction, luciferase reporter showed zinc finger protein 36 ring protein‐like 2 (ZFP36L2) a direct cells. The levels ZFP36L2 at mRNA were significantly increased tissues tissues. negatively patients CC. Importantly, abolished effects on proliferation, EMT process conclusion, our findings indicate targeting miR-520d-3p/ZFP36L2 axis might be promising therapeutic for treatment.

MiR-493 suppresses the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells by targeting RhoC
Objective(s):MiRNAs have been proposed to be key regulators of tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis. However, their effect and prognostic value in gastric cancer is still poorly known. Materials and Methods: Gastric cancer cell lines were cultured. Tissue samples obtained from 36 gastric cancer patients were used for quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis. The tissue microarrays (T...
متن کاملmiR‐25‐3p reverses epithelial‐mesenchymal transition via targeting Sema4C in cisplatin‐resistance cervical cancer cells
Acquisition of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) has recently been proposed as an important contributor of drug resistance in cervical cancer cells. However, the underlying mechanisms are still unclear. MicroRNAs play a crucial role in regulating EMT. The aim of this study was to explore the potential role of miR-25-3p in regulating EMT in cisplatin-resistant (CR) cervical cancer cells. T...

متن کاملMiR-199a-3p suppresses proliferation and invasion of prostate cancer cells by targeting Smad1
OBJECTIVES This study was intended to analyze effects of miR-199a-3p and Smad1 on proliferation, migration and invasion of prostate cancer (PCa) cells. RESULTS MiR-199a-3p was significantly decreased in PCa tissues in comparison to that in adjacent normal tissues (P < 0.05). Over-expressed miR-199a-3p markedly suppressed proliferation and invasion of PCa cells (P < 0.05). MiR-199a-3p was nega...
متن کاملMiR‐577 suppresses epithelial‐mesenchymal transition and metastasis of breast cancer by targeting Rab25
BACKGROUND MicroRNAs can act as both tumor suppressor genes and oncogenes and participate in cell proliferation, metastasis, and apoptosis. Low levels of miR-577 are found in several cancers, for example, thyroid carcinoma, glioblastoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of miR-577 on breast cancer (BC). METHODS The relative level of miR-577 in ...
